Whats New: 09.02.10: The film Something Better Somewhere Else written and directed by Chicago filmmaker Ron Lazzeretti (who lent his vocal talents to Naomi's Another Year Or So) will have a special screening at the Midwest Independent Film Festival on Tuesday, September 7th at Landmark's Century Centre Cinema (2828 North Clark) beginning at 6 p.m.
Mr. Lazzeretti and producer Ed Amaya will be in attendance for a post screening discussion with the audience.

More Info | Listen Now 09.16.09: Naomi's song Linda off of her 2007 album Another Year Or So was nominated for Song of the Year in the New Folk category for the grassroots music organization Just Plain Folks (JPF) Music Awards. After receiving a record setting 42,000 albums and over a half million songs from 163 countries around the world, the organization's staff and team of volunteers filtered the music down to both song and album nominees in 95 genres of music. Linda was one of 12 finalists in the New Folk category. The award show was held in Nashville on August 29, 2009. |
